Attorney Natalia C. Aranovich
Natalia C. Aranovich, Esq.
Business Strategy & Intellectual Property. Litigation & Trial Attorney.
Natalia Aranovich is the founder of Aranovich Law Firm, PC. With nearly three decades of legal experience, she is licensed to practice in California, Washington, D.C., and Brazil and represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and select individuals in commercial litigation, contracts, intellectual property, and legal risk matters. Her diverse cultural and legal background, combined with certifications in marketing and business, allows her to evaluate legal strategy through both a legal and commercial lens—helping clients make informed business decisions while bringing a strong, persuasive voice to litigation and the courtroom.
Natalia’s philosophy is simple: anticipate the problem, protect what matters, negotiate from a position of strength, and be prepared to advocate forcefully when the situation demands it.
Natalia Aranovich is a strategic business attorney and commercial litigator with nearly three decades of legal experience. Her approach goes beyond identifying what the law permits or prohibits. She looks ahead, anticipates where problems are likely to arise, and helps clients address them before they threaten a business, brand, relationship, or investment. Drawing on her legal experience, international background, and training in business and marketing, Natalia evaluates legal decisions through both a legal and commercial lens so that her clients can make informed decisions with a clear understanding of the risks, opportunities, and consequences.
Natalia believes that strong legal representation does not always begin in a courtroom. Whenever possible, she works to prevent disputes, preserve valuable business relationships, and create direct and candid communication between the parties before positions become entrenched and litigation becomes inevitable. She is passionate about strategy and negotiation and looks for solutions that protect both the client’s immediate legal rights and the long-term interests of the business. Her clients receive straightforward advice about their options, leverage, risks, costs, and realistic outcomes and not simply the answer they may want to hear.
But Natalia is not afraid of litigation when litigation is necessary. When a client’s rights, business, or reputation must be defended, she brings nearly three decades of experience, meticulous preparation, strategic judgment, and a strong, persuasive voice to the courtroom. She approaches litigation with purpose: understanding the case, the law, the opponent, identifying leverage, controlling the narrative, and keeping the client’s ultimate business objective at the center of the case.
Her practice includes commercial litigation, business contracts, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, brand protection, dispute resolution, and legal risk management. She also serves as outside general counsel, helping businesses manage legal issues before they become legal emergencies. Before establishing her practice in the United States, Natalia practiced law in Latin America for more than 15 years, including as a managing partner advising businesses on commercial and intellectual property matters. Licensed in California, Washington, D.C., and Brazil and fluent in English and Portuguese, she brings an international and multicultural perspective to clients navigating complex business relationships and disputes.
Outside her legal practice, Natalia is a rower. She began the sport later in life, and it has helped shape the resilience, strength, and composure she brings to her work as an attorney.

The Creative Side of the Law: Lamborghini FAB Talks Profile
Featured in the Lamborghini Female Advisory Board’s "Fab Talks," this profile chronicles the inspiring professional trajectory of Natalia Aranovich, from her early legal career in Brazil to the founding of the Aranovich Law Firm, PC, in Los Angeles. The article highlights her pioneering work in the late 1990s, where she stepped into the "digital Far West" to define intellectual property standards for the emerging net economy. Her influential research on the conflicts between trademarks and domain names became a benchmark for judges across Brazil and served as the foundation for her O-1 Visa, granted by the United States to individuals of extraordinary ability. Beyond her technical achievements, the piece explores the challenges of navigating a foreign legal system and the complexities of networking as a woman in the entertainment and business hubs of California.
Today, Natalia uses her platform to empower women and international entrepreneurs, advocating for the protection of creative ideas from their inception. The profile emphasizes her belief that a woman’s perspective enhances legal creativity, allowing for a broader view of the "wider picture" when solving complex business problems. By combining resilience with a deep commitment to gender equality in business, the article presents Natalia as a role model who provides her clients with more than just legal advice, she provides the "weapons" and visibility necessary to succeed in a competitive global market.
Built on Resilience. Practiced with Care.
As a competitive rowing champion, she has learned that success requires discipline, strategy, and resilience—qualities that also define how she practices law. Rowing has taught her something else: the importance of being fully present when it matters most.
